		<description><![CDATA[The R-values of the floor, walls and ceiling can be adjusted to the requirements of the local climate. Typically the ceiling is R-30, walls R-13, and floors are insulated to R-10 for slab on grade, R-30 for platform. All of these can be adjusted by increasing the thickness of the insulation, we typically use polyisocyanurate for floors, walls and ceiling.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Les: The structure is designed to resist earthquake loads, snow loads and hurricane winds require heavier beams and additional engineering. We can accomodate conventional central air, by either running ducts under the slab (we have done this before) or under the platform, standard size ducts will not fit in an aesthetically pleasing way into the roof structure of the standard IT HOUSE. We can accomodate standard ductwork if the entire structure uses the Blue Sky Framing system including the roof, this is another option that we offer. The aluminum is clear anodized.]]></description>
